Welcome to Evently Toronto. By accessing our website ([https://eventlytoronto.ca/](https://eventlytoronto.ca/)) or hiring us for event design, decor, and planning services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Evently Toronto provides custom event decor setups, backdrop styling, floral/balloon installations, and event coordination services throughout Toronto and surrounding GTA municipalities for events including:
Birthday Parties & Graduation Celebrations
Pre-Wedding & Wedding Events (Wedding Night Decor, Proposal Decor, Dholki, Mehndi, Engagement)
Showers & Milestone Gatherings (Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Gender Reveal, Welcome Baby, Anniversary)
Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your date on our calendar and initiate custom design sourcing.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the date specified in your official booking agreement before on-site installation begins.
Accepted Payments: All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via approved electronic money transfers or card payment processors.
Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by the client, all retainers paid remain non-refundable to cover dedicated calendar blocking, administrative time, and custom material costs.
Rescheduling: Date transfers are subject to team availability within Toronto/GTA. Written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the original event date to transfer your deposit to a new date.
Site Readiness: The client is responsible for ensuring our styling team has timely, unhindered access to the Toronto venue or residence (including parking clearance, elevator access, and a clean setup space) at the agreed arrival time.
Delays: Severe delays caused by venue restriction, lack of access, or uncleared spaces may impact final setup completion times and could incur additional labor fees.
Ownership: All non-disposable items—including backdrops, neon signs, arches, structures, pedestals, luxury candleholders, and lighting assets—remain the exclusive property of Evently Toronto.
Liability: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or physical damage to rental items that occurs during the event window until our teardown team retrieves the inventory.
Evently Toronto is not liable for service delays or inability to perform obligations caused by force majeure events, severe GTA weather conditions, road closures, or venue-imposed restrictions beyond our control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
